Done a crisp cotton sateen, this lovely dress has bra-friendly shoulders, a scoop neckline and an empire waistline. The skirt is VERY full, with an elasticized hemline that's a bit higher on both sides, adding further swing to the look. Crewelwork details on the neckline and armholes add a feminine flourish. We find this is running a bit on the large side.
